Check in and Check out. Our rooms are available after 4pm on your arrival day. Check out is by 10.30am. A Little Place operates a contactless check in. You will be provided with all the access information in advance, or our team will be on site to welcome you.

Early check ins and late check outs are available on request and charged at £15 each.

Payment. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. For flexible stays, payment may be taken up to 48 hours in advance of your check in date. Please note payment is taken in local currency (GBP) and may be subject to currency conversion fees.

Pre-authorisation. When you give us your credit or debit card details, the pre-authorisation guarantees us that you have the monies to pay for the charges incurred.

Changes and cancellations. Our non-refundable rates are subject to payment being taken at the time of booking and are not eligible for a refund. Flexible rates can be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of your check in date, with no charge. If cancelled within 48 hours, you will be charged in full for your stay.

Corporate reservations. Following confirmation, cancellations are as per your company agreement. Cancellations made after this will incur a charge of the first night of the booking.

Price. You will always find the best rates on our website. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay (unless otherwise stated). Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

Rooms. The majority of bedrooms have double beds. We have a limited number of singles and twins and two family rooms.

Damage. Its important to us and our guests that we keep things looking good and well maintained. Therefore we will charge your credit or debit card for any damage down to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Smoking and vaping policy. A Little Place is 100% smoke free. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any part of the hotel. If we are made aware that this has not been adhered to, a cleaning fee of £150 will be charged.

Quiet hours. From 9.30pm until 7am, guests are required to keep their noise levels down to avoid disturbing others.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
