Fairlawn House has 8 double bedrooms, each with their own characteristics. Our Cosy Doubles are larger than our Snug Doubles and are designed for longer stays, with plenty of storage and room for work or play.

The Townhouse Loft
Tucked away in the eaves of the top floor, is our spacious king-sized room. With its original pitched ceilings, wooden beams and free-standing bath, this room is full of character and perfect for a couple's night away. Please note that this room is only accessible by climbing two flights of stairs!

Deluxe Double
Larger than our Comfy doubles, these signature rooms are light and spacious. They have window and bistro seating where you can relax with a coffee and plan your Wiltshire adventure, be it for work or pleasure.

Our rooms are available after 4pm on your arrival day.
Check out is by 10.30am.
A Little Place operates a contactless check in. As we make these adjustments at Fairlawn House this Autumn, you will be provided with all the access information in advance, or our team will be on site to welcome you.
Early check ins and late check outs are available on request.

Fairlawn House is situated on the High Street with space to drop-off outside the front. Traffic wardens operate so don’t park longer than 30 minutes!
Free overnight parking is available (take the next right after Fairlawn House). You can park in any unmarked bay.
For longer stays, the Amesbury Central Car Park is a public pay and display with free overnight parking. You can cut-through the medical centre to walk back to us.

The closest train station is Salisbury, 8 miles away (a 15 minute drive). London Waterloo run regular services to Salisbury taking an hour and 30 minutes.
Fairlawn House is a 3 minute walk from Amesbury bus station.

Fairlawn House is a Georgian property with limited disabled access. The entrance to the building has three steps leading up to it from the pavement. There are rooms available on the ground floor. The former wine cellar is where you will find your pre-ordered breakfast. It is a unique feature snug and co-working space, reached by a small set of stairs (mind your head!). There is a banister on both sides but please contact us if accessibility is an issue.

Breakfasts are provided by our much-loved partner, A Date with Thyme. Enhanced continental breakfasts are available at Fairlawn House when ordered before 4pm on your arrival day.

Our doors are opening very soon for our four legged friends to stay in a selection of bedrooms. We know they are such an important part of family life and there is so much Wiltshire countryside, including Salisbury plain to explore!
